Gosh, it has taken me forever to get around to this. I am just so busy that I don't know when the day is beginning or ending.
Who am I? Well, I am wife to a loving, honest, capable man, morher to three - yes, count them - THREE lovely children. Elizabeth is 5, and she is a beautiful child with a loving heart. Jack is three, and is a spitfire with a hysterical sense of imagination and humor, and Madeleine, who is 1 year old, and is beginning to show off her spicy temper to go along with her red hair and green eyes! I also have a wonderful and loving extended family and pray daily for the rest of our family who have lost my cousin Linda to breast cancer and my sister-in-law Carrie, who died tragically in a car accident on August 4th of this year. Life goes by so quickly, we never know when our time will come and must approach every moment with new interest and hope.
I am also a student. I am almost 40 years old and have returned to school after many years of wishing I could finish. I have had that monkey on my back for so long, but he is down on the ground now, under my feet!
I am majoring in English writing, and am currently attending the University of Colorado Denver. I graduated with my Associates Degree from Trinidad State, and am a creative person, try to be intelligent, and become more involved in the world around me as I get older and more educated.
I am worried about not being able to stay in school because of money, which is frustrating as I have maintained a 4.0 in all of my classes so far! I am very proud of my hard work, and hope to keep it up.
I also built and maintain, for five years now, the main website and young adult website of the public library in Cimarron, Kansas. www.cimarroncitylibrary.org.
I also do various ads and website for people and hope to continue honing my skills. I love color and design.
So, within the boundaries of all of this, I am trying to keep the house clean, paint the kitchen cabinets, and at some point might get my car cleaned out. :-)
