Profile Summary

I treasure health and everything else I'm lucky enough to have in life.  My best friends and family mean the world to me.  I don't do drugs.  Music and movies are some of my favorite things.  I believe in karma and the fact that everything happens for a reason; I'm optimistic.  I love to learn new things.  Sometimes I go days without stepping a foot outside of my apartment.  Existentialism is my favorite topic of conversation.

Interests
General

Helping or just connecting with other people in general, reading books on existentialism or nihilistic satire, watching anything Baz Luhrmann makes, he's a genius.  Listening to Motion City Soundtrack because they're great and Justin Pierre's a nice guy with cool hair.  Going to a concert without a ticket and ending up backstage invited to the after-party. Setting a good example for others through my own words and actions.  Working hard to achieve my dreams.

oh yeah - lots.  i put them all in my friends list on myspace, but now slowly but surely they're getting sucked up by the labels.  if you don't mind recently signed, you may want to check out mayday parade and dance gavin dance.  they're love, furrealz.

and if you want like, the best treat my town has to offer (it's not huge), go check out this calendar year...they're amazing.  i went to school with them and am supposed to design thier webbie soon, but if you like them, definately show the love.

others: affirmative cameraman!, nick black, ashton., arlington view...i'm running out of unsigned bands here.

<small>oh wow, i didn't stop moving at warped tour.  i have a bad leg, so i was in a lot of pain and moving far slower near the end of the day, but it was better than locking up, so i saw loads:

dance gavin dance
affirmative, cameraman!  (both local bands and friends, but dgd just got signed to rise, so yay for them)
mcs
armor for sleep
the matches
the academy is...
gym class heroes
the pink spiders
saosin
joan jett
the living end
from first to last
rise against
less than jake (we kind of caught the end of thier set -- they played just before mcs)
saves the day

and probably missed a few in there.  but it was amazingly great.  i actually really only bought tickets to see a.f.i....but they bailed on marysville.  and so did the sounds.  so i was mad until it started.

Lexi, you are the only one still using the old old layout!  You can click on "My Layout" on the top and customize it!  It is a cool tool (I built it ;-)  )
